For Base and Wall Cabinets
1. Open the Door and Frame Box, lay the cabinet door and frame on a soft surface to prevent scratches during assembly.
2. Open the Box box and unload all the parts.
3. Locate the bag of screws and brackets (generally wrapped in foam or in a small box).
4. Add Cabinet sides to grooves on either side of the cabinet. Sides of a base cabinet will be rectangular with a small notch cut out. This notch goes toward the frame.
5. Attach the box sides to the frame using "L" shaped metal brackets and tiny screws.
6. Slide the bottom panel into the grooves on the sides and face of the cabinet. Secure with "L" shaped brackets and tiny screws. (Wall cabinet will have a top and bottom panel)
7. Add Toe Kick (4" rectangular piece). Secure using "L" shaped brackets and tiny screws.
8. Lay the back panel onto the cabinet. It will slide into the cabinet on the left and right sides. Line it up with the grooves. It may take some adjustment/ shifting.
9. Fasten the back to the bottom panel using screws in the pre-drilled holes on the back panel.
10. Staple the back onto the cabinet. Stapling through the sides. Ensure everything is lined up in the grooves before stapling.
Cabinets with Drawers
11. Open the drawer track box (long, rectangular). Remove the plastic drawer slide guides and insert into the pre-drilled holes on the back panel. Fasten with included screws.
12. Once cabinet is assembled, metal drawer slides can be installed into the guides and fastened using the included screws into the pre-drilled holes on the frame.
13. To assemble drawers, lay colored drawer front, face down on a soft surface (to prevent scratches). Find the drawer front dovetail piece (rectangular with 3-5 pre-drilled holes).
14. Choose screws from the included bag that are shorter (sometimes there are shorter and longer screws). Ensure the screws will not be long enough to penetrate the face of the drawer.
15. Line up drawer front dovetail piece on the backside of the drawer face. There should be drawn on pencil marks to use to line up against. Ensure it is centered side to side. Fasten with screws. (With the smaller, top drawers, there will be a larger space above, larger, bottom drawers will be about equally spaced at the top and bottom.
16. Line up a side and the back dovetail pieces and pound them in gently with a rubber mallet.
17. Slide the drawer base into the grooves on the drawer and pound on the other dovetail side piece.
18. Make sure everything is flush on the dovetails. Flip the drawer over and place the plastic drawer catches on the underside.
19. Fasten catches to the edges of the drawer using the included screws.
20. Gently insert the drawer into the opening and slide it all the way in.
21. The following pictures show the back and underside of the drawer when drawer is properly attached.
Angle Cabinets
There are two sets of cabinet sides that go together at 90 degree angles. Line those up so the inside grooves line up well and staple.
Lay one of the stapled sides down and add the bottom panel. Secure this. (add the top panel if it is a wall cabinet).
Add the back panel (the one cut at angles on the left and right sides) and secure.
If making an angled base cabinet, add the shelf as well.
Place the other 90 degree stapled section on and line it up.
Fasten in place and add the two long support strips. These can be stapled if your staples are 3/4" or less, longer staples may poke through the cabinet and show on the interior.
Turn cabinet over and add the frame. Fasten with "L" shaped brackets and tiny screws.
